I found a website that lists most batch numbers for Mexico by state then by municipio.

Dear Ranchos Members:

Just a note to Daniel's great find in the IGI database. The Mexico, Aguascalientes and Zacatecas batch numbers that are up on that site were compiled from our own site's database, which in turn was compiled by volunteers just like you. So give yourselves a pat on the back.

In the spirit of cooperation, I shared the batch number part of the database with Lynn Turner who spent the time and effort to put the site that Daniel mentioned together.
