Tecnically its legal I just cant sell it or profit from it.
The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research. " -Daniel

legality

I have concerns about its legality. I was going to photocopy the hernandez line from SHARR volume V for Bill because of his interest but decided not to because of these same concerns. I am going to put together a gedcom file instead. I am also trying to find out if they are still some copies for sale.

Hi, I have the info, María Tavera de la Vega is daughter of Antonio Ramírez de Tavera and Leonor Rubio, Leonor Rubio was daughter of Francisco Gutiérrez de la Vega and Ana González y Florida. This is the key part. Francisco was son of Diego González de la Vega and María Rubio. María Tavera also used María Rubio y Godínez, dont know where the last part comes in?, just like Leonor Rubio's grandmother. Rubio passed maternally. This also happened many times in the family, Rubio was popoular among the woman of the great alteño family. We also know this because all the Tavera's come from Antonio, he had three sisters. Your María ca. 1625 Antonio Tavera born 1592 or so. I have eight kids in total for Antonio and Leonor Rubio. -Hope this helps. Daniel Camino
