Hi Everyone, up until yesterday I was able to research images (microfilm) with my old google browser and windows xp. The images would open up already focused, even when moving the image. This morning, the Family Search part worked fine but my browser would not open images any longer. I was forced to download Google Chrome. My first time viewing images on Google Chrome.

Is it normal for the image to open unfocused and then gradually focus. Is there another browser that does not do this.It is very hard on the eyes after searching through hundreds of images when you have to wait for the focus.

Any advise would be appreciated on this issue.

LIBROS DE ACTAS EN EL FAMILY SEARCH

A partir del 31 de octubre, ya no salen las actas en el Family Search...a que se debe?? y que hay que hacer para nuevamente poder ver las actas.

Si aparecen. Solo que no se pueden ver con Explorer. Se tiene que usar Firefox o Chrome.

Family Search Website

I too have not been able to view the microfilm on FamilySearch. I have Windows XP 7. Is there a problem using this browser? The person I contacted at Family Search did not seem to know what was going on. Any info on this situation would be helpful.

dont use explorer, try with chrome or firefox
