Hi,
Is any one out here researching the Delgadillo's of Aguatinta, Lo De Carrera, Nochistlán, Mechoacanejo y Teocaltiche? Or can Help us locate missing information?

Several of my distant cousins and I who have Family trees have been Stuck for a long time now on Francisco Delgadillo and Anna María Ruiz; born circa 1745. Non of their kids records contain information of their grandparents, nor have we been able to find the Marriage Records for Francisco and Anna Ma. There are a couple of Franciscos born around the time in Teocaltiche but I do not know if it is one of them or not at all. Does any one have any information that can help us or suggestions?

Dear Sis,

You only provided limited information on this couple. Please provide more information as we may be able to see some clues that you may have missed. What are the names of their children, and what records do you have on them? Do you know of any siblings of Francisco and Ana Maria? I did find someone that may be your Ana Maria, but would need more information to see if they are the same person. The person I found was baptized in 1751 which may have been late since you say that she was born circa 1745.

Hi SIS,

I notice there's a Francisco Delgadillo married to Anna Maria de Sandoval, who lived in Nochistlan. They baptized children in Jul 1766 & Feb 1773, while your Francisco Delgadillo and Anna Maria Ruiz baptized their children in Aug 1769, Jul 1771, Nov 1776 & Sep 1781. Chances are, they are the same couple. It wasn't unusual for women to use different surnames (usually a maternal surname), so you might want to track them; check which rancho their children were born on, and who the padrinos are, and see if they coincide with those of Francisco Delgadillo cc Anna Maria Ruiz.

Francisco Delgadillo married Anna Maria de Sandoval, 19 Sep 1765, Nochistllan: he was son of Diego Delgadillo cc Juana Marcela de Frias, and she daughter of Cristobal? Sandoval cc Anna Rodriguez.
