I asked mr Mariano Gonzalez Leal a couple of days ago, and he responded that they are editing and can finish this year as well as next year.

Hi, Daniel. I don't know when the 3rd. vol. will be published. I hope
someone attending the Valle de Guadalupe Conference will have an answer.
Mariano Gonzalez Leal is suppose to attend it. Unfortunately, Mr. Gonzalez
has not been very forthcoming with the information. - Bill
