I am the great granddaughter of Ismael Mendizabal, son of Merced Sanchez-Castellanos who was born in Bolaños around 1846; marry in Analco on Sept 22, 1864 to Jose Mendizabal.

Merced Sanchez-Castellanos was the daughter of Jose Maria Sanchez-Castellanos and Maria Sevillanos who according to a family letter were the owners of some land located in Barrotes, Espejo, and other ranchos in Colotlan, Jalisco.

If anyone has information on this family or are related to this family, I would appreciate you contacting me.

Thank you
Susan Smith-Bromiley
