you should also know that alejandro and teresa also have a son named celedonio. i found two other marriage dipensations related to the fernandez line.

Katy I descend from Celedonio. I have 5 children for Alejandro and Teresa
1.Felipa Fernandez married to Cosme Barrios
2. Gertrudis Fernandez married to Francisco Acuna
3.Pedro Fernandez married to Cecilia Nicasia Pinedo
4. Celedonio Fernandez married to Marcela Or Marta (Maria) Pereira
5. Quiteria Leonarda married to Juan Jose De La Torre
I don't have a baptism date for any of these Fernandez children of Alejandro and Teresa.

I'm having trouble understanding the numbering of records such as
168185.. it has 1236 pages..I'm trying to figure out how to find for instance this record [2103 petronilo de la cruz & clara zaldivar / jerez] since the number is 2103.. can you explain the numbering for me? This film has 6 records that I'm trying to find page by page.

Hi,

Theresa Carlos de Godoy is my 8th great grandmother. I have been able to document who her father and paternal ancestros were, but I'm having a hard time trying to figure out who her mother was. Some sites show her as the daughter of María Carrillo, but others show her as the Daughter of Catalina Cid Caldera and married to Pedro Joseph Contreras (instead of Alejandro Fernández).

Have you found a document or something that could help find out who her mother was? I haven't been able to find a marriage record for Theresa and Alejando nor a baptismal record for any of their children.

Thanks for the link! Teresa Carlos de Godoy is my 6th GGM and that link provided me with several more generations of my direct ancestors. In addition, that link also help tie up other loose ends between my ancestors!

glad it helped you too. I was so busy trying to connect the Caldera lines I never expected it to be through Teresa Carlos de Godoy and Alejandro Fernandez. Teresa and Alejandro are my 6th great grandparents too also from his line. Looks like we are related AGAIN!!
