Search for Maria Teresa Gomez, San Diego de Alejandria, Jalisco

I am still stalled in search for my grandmother. I cannot find any documents for her...I think I was given the wrong name. If anyone can suggest another way to search or give me a lead on where else I can go...I would be grateful.
