I descend from the Ana de Celis married to Diego de Carrion and I don't think the two Ana de Celis' are the same. They're both from Sierra de Pinos, but on the IM, your Ana de Celis is listed as the daughter of Maria de Celis. The other Ana de Celis is listed as an hija de iglesia.
