Hello Nuestro Ranchos Forum,

I read an old post about Margarita Ramirez that marries Francisco Tiscareno in Februry 25 1690 in Aguascalientes . It said she was also known as Margarita de Sosa and That her mother was also margarita de sosa. But then someone on the post said they didn't know margarita Sosa and made it seem like it wasn't true. Does anyone know this person. Here she is:

Hi Danny,

Margarita Ramirez and Margarita de Sosa are the same person and the daughter Margarita uses both Ramirez and Sosa like her mother, Magdalena. She was baptized 22 July 1674:

Margarita, mestiza... bauticé y puse los santos óleos a Margarita, hija de don Bernabe Sánchez y de Magdalena de Sosa...

She was married 25 Feb 1690 at the age of 15:

Francisco de Tiscareño, mestizo, vecino de esta jurisdicción, viudo de María González, mestiza, con Margarita Ramírez, mestiza, hija legitima de don Bernabé Sánchez y de Magdalena Ramírez...

and she died 27 August 1724:

...en la iglesia parroquial enterré a Margarita de Sosa, española, mujer que fue Francisco Tiscareño

So, they are definitely the same person.
